Today “Sushiya”, the network of modern Japanese cuisine, is the leader of the Japanese cuisine market of Ukraine, both in the restaurant segment and in the delivery one. Our network has 37 restaurants in 12 cities of Ukraine, annually it serves not less than 350 thousand guests. Sushiya is one of the largest importers of seafood and ingredients of Japanese and Asian cuisine in Ukraine. All products, that we use in our restaurants, pass through several levels of compliance with international and Ukrainian standards (IFS – International Food Standard, FSA ISO 9001 – Food Standards Agency, etc.).
